In the field of Postal Mechanization we designed a system in 1968, meeting perfectly the requirement of postal bundles packaging, which could be used both for completely mechanized centers and for semi-mechanized ones.
Then for smaller centers, and according to their particular exigencies, we realized stand alone equipments allowing to obtain the same packing result.
Later on, such equipments proved to be very useful also in mechanized and non mechanized centers.
We took part in French Postal mechanization program supplying firstly and installing directly our machines and lines for three years; then, following a licence agreement allowed by us, they were manufactured in France by Hotchkiss-Brandt Sogeme, now Alcatel.
Since then HBS/Alcatel are manufacturing and selling their technologies and our machines, manufactured under license, both to the Postal Authorities in France and all over the World.
We supplied directly our machines also to the Italian Postal Administration that, more or less at the same time, developed their own mechanization program.
Then, when such project started for the whole Italian Country, we supplied our machines integrated with lines of Elsag San Giorgio / Genoa / Italy (now Elsag Bailey) and Face Standard (ITT) / Milan / Italy.
As result of such successes, our systems were then adopted directly supplied by us:
